Improvement to CSV Player Updates

It would be very useful to have the Player ID as the CSV matching required field instead of email. Many players do not have emails on file, but all players have unique IDs. Therefore, it makes more sense to have the required matching field as Player ID.
Some options could also be added to csv updates, including:
-ADD or SUBSTRACT points instead of simply the total balance
-ADD score
-Reward challenges manually with the challenge ID
-Include or exclude from program
