When Gameball creates a discount code in shopify, I need them to be "combinable" with other discount codes. Can Gameball set the discount codes to be combinable? Combinable discounts are a relatively new feature in Shopify.

Because Gameball won't set the cash back rewards discount code as "combineable", I've got to spend money on "stackable discount apps" that work with non-combineable codes, even though stacked discounts is a free feature by Shopify. And now I have to find an international shipping app that works with the stackable discount app - all sorts of issues because you guys won't update your discount code feature. Frustrating.

I hope you're doing well. This is Dania from the customer success team. I'm just writing to inform you that we hear your request and understand your situation.
We currently have the option of combining discounts as long as the reward is created through a challenge, referral or an extra way to redeem. The concept behind that is the fact that your choice of reward creation gives you the ability to set the types of combinations you need according to Shopify's rules. However, rest assured that we'd love to include cashback discounts for you once we finalize a strategy or once it is needed by others.
We're always trying to work on the loyalty aspects that are desired rather than initiated by our team and it goes as far as our capacity can take.

If i offer an automatic discount or promotional discount on my website (holiday sale, flash sale, whatever) my customers can't use their rewards points on their orders because Gameball discount coupons are not combineable. I am really surprised other Gameball customers don't have an issue with this. If, in your configuration, you could ask us which of the 3 discounts we want combineable, then pass those bits to Shopify, that would solve the problem.

We want this too, it is the only thing stopping us using Gameball - we have discounts like BMSM set up in a different app for all our customers but we also want our VIP loyalty customers to get extra discounts and free gifts not either or

We currently have the combinations available for Free Shipping. (i.e. combining a percentage discount coupon with a free shipping coupon for example).

We don't use Gameball's free shipping feature - for a variety of reasons. What we REALLY need, and I am surprised everyone isn't complaining about this: we need the ability for cash rewards discount codes to be combinable with our other store discounts. When a discount code is created by the customer, why can't you just set the "combineable" bits???

Yes Gameball. With Black Friday coming up it would be nice for customers to be able to use a BF discount code and their points at the same time. Is this possible?
