Being able to redeem directly at checkout

Adding a widget in cart or at checkout to be able to redeem the exact amount of Runes needed without having to open the widget.
Customers will save time, it will be less confusing or hard to remember how much they need, and way more intuitive.
It will also serve as a reminder to everyone who purchases that there's a loyalty program active, especially for new customers who are not fully aware yet.

Yes, I believe the issue may lie on the Shopify end because they do not allow any modifications to the checkout page unless you have the Shopify Plus plan, not on the basic or any other plans.
