I would like to have the tile to have more interactions, such as being able to view customer's discounts and be able to apply them directly from the tile, and being able to select an amount of points for them to redeem on the tile. This would help us so we do not have to have customers show us their discount code and us have to manually type it in.

Thank you for voicing your request on POS discounts. We have checked your settings and wanted to share that you are actually able to add as many rules for POS as you want. For example, you can choose that if someone has 100 points, they get 10% off and these options would appear in the POS tile.

I see that now, but theres a few things that could be added to improve it, with our diamond members, they receive a "lifetime" 10% off discount, I would like for there to be a way to do that in the same settings so the discount is easier to access on the POS. In the settings it does not allow me to have 0 points in the redemption value, but we do not want this discount to take away the diamond customers points. Another thing that could be added to the tile is being able to view all of the customers coupons so we can quickly apply them.
