Set Coupon Restrictions

The ability to restrict coupons based on total order value (Ex: if someone got a $10 coupon, it will only be active if the customer placed an order for $100 and above) This way we wont lose more than 10% on the sale, or sacrifice the total margin of the sale.

we urgently need this as the coupons that the customers are applying to a single order is non-sense. is it out yet?
